The Program & Process Analyst is responsible for gathering data to inform improvements within Partner Services such as Walmart.com with a focus on defect reduction & defect prevention. The ideal candidate is one who is passionate about making data driven decisions to prioritize the needs of the business. This person should be highly technical, business savvy, and impact focused.

The Program & Process Operations team is responsible for driving change management & continual improvement for internal & external partners. The successful candidate will be an individual who has the ability to identify current product & program defects and support data-driven initiatives targeted at driving operational improvements. The Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with multiple technical and operational teams across Walmart.com to improve velocity and consistency in process management. Superior analytics and modeling skills are necessary and will be required in order to drive continued improvement within Partner Services.

Experience
● Required skills: SQL and relational databases (for example, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server), Tableau, MS-Excel, Salesforce, HIVE, and database mining knowledge.
● Experience working with large data sets.
● Utilizes macro skills to build scalable processes and drive automation of daily tasks.
● Ensures integrity and efficiency of reports and data.
● Consistently leads data driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution stages.
● Manages multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met and data output is accurate.
● Capacity to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
● Effective communication skills to reach multiple levels of the organization, including senior management and cross-functional groups.
● KPI management on aligned program and product launches
● Provide analytical support to the team by partnering cross functionally to ensure
accuracy and completeness of data feeds to support the implementation of product
solutions.
● Build and sustain cross-functional relationships with business partners to best leverage
assets for performance improvements
● Generate insights for Program & Process team optimization utilizing SQL (with data manipulation through Python and R) to create business critical dashboards in Tableau, targeted at identifying continual improvement trends.
● Accurately capture defects within support metrics to understand correlations using statistical inference to drive key priorities for resolution
● Frequently present findings to accelerate business processes to all levels of the Partner Services organization.
